I am an engineer and self-taught designer passionate about bringing creativity into the world of technology! I earned my B.S. and M.S. in Biomedical Engineering at Virginia Tech, where I discovered how much I enjoy designing systems that connect the human body with expressive technologies. After working as an Electrical Design Engineer at Stryker Instruments, I moved into biotechnology outreach, a role that lets me bring inventive STEM experiences to students and local communities. I care deeply about transforming STEM into a field that encourages playful experimentation and welcomes students who have never seen themselves reflected in traditional tech spaces.

In my free time, you can usually find me painting, sketching, reading, or designing a new dress for myself!
